Mohannad Ibrahim (Arabic: مهند ابراهيم, born 1 February 1986 in Homs, Syria) is a Syrian footballer. He currently plays for Kfarsoum in the Jordan League.

Ibrahim started his professional career in the Syrian Premier League with Al-Karamah. On January 2009, he was loaned out for five months to Al-Ettifaq in the Saudi Premier League.
Ibrahim was a part of the Syrian U-23 team in the 2008 AFC Olympic Qualifiers. He also played for the Syrian U-23 team in the 2008 WAFF Championship in Iran.
